About Us

Forest Taber (left) and Kathleen Bradshaw (right) both pose in their own way to an admiring camera (or two).

Our Business

Forest started with family photographs and eventually the need to understand why his pictures didn't look like the professional shots drove him to pursue serious investigation. After tedious study made not-tedious by his enjoyment for the study, he learned a thing or two about photography and decided that his pictures were business worthy. Taber Photography is born!

Who We Are

  • Forest Taber - Photographer, Web dude

Born and raised in a hat. Moved to Chicago to see a musical and was voted best look-a-
like for Friedrich Nietzsche but gave up my trophy, my life, my stardom and Hollywood
mansion for a quiet life in Searsport, Maine.

I don't recommend it to grow up in. From ALLLL that I've seen, it may be a nice place to
visit, but not when you're young and crazy. Like Kate. She's crazy.

So I'm 47, addicted to dish washing, can't stay away from beautiful women, slapped often,
fastidious to a fault, and spend too much time happily, happily, alone.

My interests include but are not limited to... My dog, my car, my mansion and private ski
resort and condo in the BanaHamahs. Guitar, playing the guitar, eating, hot showers,
clean towels for the showers, clean sheets  for after the showers, clean hair during partial
cleanings of the shower time, my girlfriend and her company, acting here and there,
performing, laughing and spending time with my father, brothers, sisters, my mother and
sometimes, just for the fun of it, myself.

I use a Nikon D80 Digital SLR Camera with a pretty nifty 18mm-135mm Zoom
lens and a wonderful 50mm portrait lens. I also have a 70mm-300mm "peeper" lens!

Remember:

The camera doesn't make a good photographer but it sure helps!

  •  Kathleen Bradshaw - Photographer, Model & Web Dudette [on occasion]

Kathleen Melissa Bradshaw was born in Glendale, Arizona and uprooted to Searsport, ME at the age of 7. For the longest time she wanted to be a gymnast but was pushed towards soccer and fell in love with the sport.

Her interest in photography began after seeing some pictures of her favorite soccer players at the World Cup. She loves to steal Forest's Nikon D80 and mess around but prefers her small camera to capture unique moments in time.

There is a story behind every picture, whether its taken with a state-of-the-art camera and lens or just a small one like her own. Kathleen loves to do animal photography and mainly focuses on her furry friends as models and muses. :]

I have used Forest's Nikon D80 since the untimely death of my Fuji Finepix s700. May you rest in peace. You were truly a wonderful camera.
