With the approach of a massive storm front, Ariel Grotton and Forest Taber grabbed their camera gear and braved the weather to gather local feelings on said weather and document the happenings with still and video photograhy.

Early in the grey hours of the morning, a lobserboat was ripped away from the Searsport dock and was at the mercy of the crashing waves for near to 4 hours as an improvised rescue between local authorities and the Belfast Boat Yard made efforts to battle the weather and save the vessel.

 I got very wet for my efforts but the local paper ran my photographs. Horah!

Ever since Kate Bradshaw was a freshman in high school she has looked forward to attending Fright at the Fort held in Fort Knox, Prospect, Maine. This year when the Friends of Fort Knox dressed America's first Fort Knox as a haunted, spook filled fortress, Forest was there to capture it all with his camera.

I was puttering around Searsport with my girl friend when she insisted we attend her sisters' soccer game so that I could ignore her and photograph all the action. Oh well, I made it up to her with dinner that evening!
